- Our Flaxseed, Sesame, Sunflower & Safflower Oils are extracted on a traditional Lakdi Ghani i.e. Wood Cold Press machine in small batches of 18-20 kg.
- One batch cycle is of 45-60 mins, with slow extraction speed of 18-20 RPM.
- Both top Ural and bottom chambers are of wood and max temperature while churning is only around 40-45 degrees.
- Our oils are 100% pure, authentic and without any chemical processing or additives.
- After extraction, oils are naturally stabilized for 12-18 Hrs before packing in premium metal tin canisters.
- We are not using mechanical filters for oil filtering.
- We use premium metal tin packaging which is 100% recyclable and best for storing oil to preserve its taste and aroma for longer period.
- All our oils are manufactured in small batches as per demand and supply. Thus we ensure fresh stock always to reach your kitchen.
Shipping & Delivery
Once we receive your order, it will be processed and ready to be shipped within 1 business days. However, depending on the delivery location your orders can take about 3-8 working days from the date of ordering to reach you. Delivery time is also subjective to delays arising out of bad weather conditions, strikes or any other unexpected delay from our courier and travel partners. Your shipping cost are subject to the cost of the purchase being made, the destination address and the type of shipping being chosen. Return & Refund Policy
WOODFRESS takes great pride in our products and at the same time we are committed to our customerās satisfaction. Your Joy is Our Passion! In the event of an incorrect order being delivered please send across a picture of the parcel to us on Email and we will initiate another order which will reach you within 5 working days. If a Refund is required it will be processed in the same manner. In the event of a product being damaged which is highly unlikely, please take a photograph of the same and send it us within 24 hours of the package being received, to wilankar.enterprises@woodfress.com with the Subject - āDamaged Packageā. We will send across a replacement parcel the next day which should reach you within the next 5 days. If a Refund is required it will be processed in the same manner. In case a parcel is lost in transit or was returned due to the issue from the logistics side, a return parcel will be sent within a day of updation of status (Return or lost) on the logistics tracking website. This new parcel should reach you within a week. If a Refund is required it will be processed in the same manner. Cancellation Policy
Once an order is submitted, it automatically goes to the packing department and we begin preparing to ship out the product. In case of cancellation, please send us an email with the Subject - āCancellationā within two hours of your order.
